Our public website address is https://repurate.co
We operate a subscription service under the domain of repurate.co and provide buyer/seller rating content on behalf of our customers via this site as well as multiple additional domains and related technology platforms.
Privacy Policy
RepuRate is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy applies to the information and data collected by RepuRate when you interact with us on our websites or through other channels (for example, by emailing us), and when you use our products and services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, receive, use, store, share, transfer, and process your personal data which includes Personal Data (as further defined herein). It also describes your choices and rights with respect to your Personal Data, including your rights of access and correction of your Personal Data. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use our websites or the RepuRate Platform.
RepuRate collects and processes ratings, comments, and related personal information to provide reputation scoring and profile services across our platform. In these cases, RepuRate determines the purpose and means of processing, and therefore acts as a data controller under applicable data protection laws. When users submit ratings or comments through the RepuRate platform — whether through our website, app, or embedded forms — RepuRate collects this information directly and uses it to generate public or semi-public reputation profiles. This includes processing to support fraud detection, profile moderation, scoring algorithms, and display functionality. In certain limited cases, such as when a business partner uses RepuRate’s API or embeds a rating widget on their own platform, RepuRate may act as a data processor on behalf of that partner. In these cases, the partner is the data controller and is responsible for ensuring appropriate notice, consent, and compliance with applicable privacy laws. RepuRate processes the data only as instructed by the partner and does not use it for independent purposes. We maintain strict contractual agreements and technical safeguards in such arrangements to protect user data and ensure regulatory compliance.
We update this Privacy Policy from time to time and we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice by sending you an email. Terms not otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy will have the meaning as set forth in our Terms of Use (available on our Website and available upon written request). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy “Personal Data” shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual where such information is protected similarly as personal data or personally identifiable information under applicable Data Protection Laws.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our treatment of your Personal Data, please send an email to legal_inquiries@repurate.co with the subject of Privacy and Data Protection.

Information We Process for or in Connection with Customers
The RepuRate Platform enables the creation and sharing of ratings, comments, and identity or transaction-related information to build public or semi-public reputation profiles. In most cases, RepuRate collects this data directly from users and determines how it is stored, displayed, and used — for example, to calculate reputation scores or display reviews — and therefore acts as a data controller for such processing.
In certain cases, customers may provide RepuRate with personal data — such as names, contact information, or transaction details — via secure integrations, APIs, or embedded tools to facilitate rating requests or feedback collection. When this occurs and the customer determines the purpose and means of the processing, RepuRate may act as a data processor on their behalf. This limited processor role is governed by our Customer Terms of Service and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.
RepuRate does not use customer-provided data for any independent purpose unless explicitly authorized, and any such processing is conducted solely to provide the requested services or comply with legal obligations. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws, including providing notice and obtaining any required consent before sharing personal data with RepuRate.
